Refund policy

All items sold through K-Swan Enterprises, LLC are made-to-order using a print-on-demand fulfillment process. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions and sizing information before placing an order.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at kswan.enterprises@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

We will review the issue and work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund if applicable.


Return Process

Returns must be approved before any action is taken.
If your issue qualifies, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

If a refund is approved due to a verified issue, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at kswan.enterprises@gmail.com.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable law.
