Shipping policy

All orders are processed and fulfilled through our trusted print-on-demand production partners.


Processing Time

All items are made-to-order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun, as each item is made specifically for you.


Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at kswan.enterprises@gmail.com.


Lost or Stolen Packages

K-Swan Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kswan.enterprises@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund where applicable.


Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances once your order has been shipped.
